It was once said that great things come in small packages. When you meet the Grundfos CM booster pump for the first time, you’ll certainly agree. This horizontal multi-stage pump has been created with compactness and modularity as two of its central features. Add reliability and quiet operation to the mix, and another innovative pump solution from Grundfos is born.

Applications

CM pump with pressure controller is used for constant water pressure. Can be ideal when space is constraint  near overhead tank. It also has dry running protection, incase of no water in the pipeline.

CM pump is also supplied with pressure tank for constant water pressure. When the pressure drops to the pre-set level, the pump will start-up and when the water consumption drops again, the outlet pressure will rise to a pre-set stop pressure after which the pump will stop. Available from 8 lts to 100 lts tank range.

Hydro MPC

Overview

The Grundfos Hydro MPC booster systems are made to the very highest standards. Thanks to the CU 351 controller, they handle even the most difficult boosting jobs with ease and accuracy. All components have been combined with focus on quality and efficiency. The Grundfos Hydro MPC booster systems are designed to last: sturdy, compact units with easy access to all service parts. Grundfos Hydro MPC booster systems can be used wherever additional pressure is required. Each booster model has been designed to meet specific customer demands for capacity and control.

The intelligent cascade control ensures that the optimum number of pumps required to meet the demand runs at any time. Together with the CR with IE3 motors, this makes the Hydro MPC the most energy-efficient solution for maintaining a constant pressure during changing flow demands.

NK

Overview

Grundfos NK/NKG pumps are used in water supply, industrial pressure boosting, industrial liquid transfer, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), irrigation and process industries. Grundfos end-suction pumps are multi-purpose pumps suitable for a variety of different applications requiring reliable and cost-efficient supply. End-suction pumps are used in five main areas of application: water supply, industrial pressure boosting, industrial liquid transfer, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), and irrigation.

The pumps are all non-self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal volute pumps with axial suction port, radial discharge port and horizontal shaft. The Grundfos NK/NKG range comprises a complete series of long-coupled pumps that comply fully with either EN733 or ISO2858. The pumps are of the back pull-out design, enabling removal of the motor, coupling, bearing bracket and impeller without disturbing the pump housing or pipework. Even the largest pumps can thus be serviced by one person with a crane. The ISO2858 range of pumps are available with a bearing life of 100,000 hours, and can be fitted with double seals. They available in a stainless steel version as an option.

CR

Overview

The basic CR pump range, which can be applied in almost any industrial solution, is already in itself the broadest range available. Through our modular approach, we have made it even broader.

The basic CR pump range is available in four different materials: cast iron, two grades of stainless steel, and all-titanium. There are eleven flow sizes, capable of producing up to almost 50 bar of pressure, and with a variety of shaft seals, rubber materials and supply voltages.

Pump parts which are typically vulnerable to difficult liquids or particularly demanding operating conditions can be optimised for their purpose and designed for specific requirements.

Applications

CR pumps provide a complete range of pump solutions so that all applications, industrial and domestic, can benefit from the Grundfos touch. The applications that can be covered include the following:

SEG

Overview

The SEG range of grinder pumps from Grundfos is specifically designed for pumping effluent and untreated sewage in small communities or sparsely populated areas with no sewer systems or where gravitation systems are unsuitable.

Pressurised systems are the perfect choice for transfer of effluent and sewage, and the SEG range combines cost-effectiveness with maximum protection for the environment by facilitating the use of smaller pressure pipes for minimal investment costs.

The SEG range is designed to reduce energy consumption and to keep downtime costs to a minimum, while maintaining peak performance throughout the system life.

Applications

The Grundfos SEG pumps are specifically designed for pumping untreated wastewater from domestic, commercial or municipal sources. The high discharge pressure enables transfer of wastewater over longer distances.
